1. Do Our New Range of Anti-Glare Screen Protectors affect Picture Quality?
Concerned about picture quality? Don't be. We have done the work for you. We recognize that you have purchased your flat screen TV for its brilliant color and vivid picture and put our global presence to work. As the worlds largest manufacturer of TV Screen Protectors we tested anti-glare material from the world's largest suppliers before choosing our final antiglare materials very carefully. The material may cost a little more, but in multiple tests we found that it didn't cause any color loss or picture degradation that can affect some less-expensive types of anti-glare acrylic.
2. Are Your Screen Protectors Scratch Resistant ?
Our range of anti-glare screen protectors offer far more protection against scratching and marring than any clear standard acrylic screen protector due to the manufacturing process. This can be vital if your child tries to race his toy car across the TV!

4. How thick are your Screen Protectors?
Right from the start we wanted to make sure that we had the right balance between style and function. Now, over three years later, not one of our TV Screen Protectors has failed to provide anything less than 100% protection for our thousands of customers around the world.
- We have thoroughly researched and tested our products. In every test that we have run, we keep coming back to the same conclusion: if we have exceeded every industry standard with the thickness of acrylic that we use, why should we go thicker? We could increase the thickness, but why?
- Too thick and the acrylic distorts the picture of your TV. It also looks clunky and clumsy and detracts from the sleek image of your flatscreen tv.
- Consider this: Thicker products require more plastic and as a company that cares about our environment we have worked very hard to find the exact balance of protection while consuming as little plastic as possible.
- We have always focused on the exact balance of protection and weight reduction in order to pass along the savings to our costumers. Think about it- thicker acrylic means more weight. More weight costs more to ship, a cost that is passed directly to the consumer. And in today's world, every little way to save is important.

Our Original Screen Protector is 3/16" thick. Our OriginalAG Protector is just 1/16" thinner yet is 4X times stronger than the Original Screen Protector . This is due to the molecular structure of the acrylic when it is finished with the anti-glare properties. Both the Original and the OriginalAG Screen Protectors easily withstand the impact from small toys, Nintendo Wii's, …and just about anything else you (or your children!) can throw at it!
5. Why are your Screen Protectors Superior to other Designs ?
Not all screen protectors are created equally. Some screen protectors are thicker and end up looking clumsy. Some have unsightly, gaping slots for the straps to slide through making them look "industrial". Not quite the image you want in your living room alongside your sleek LCD TV. Look closely and you will see that our patented pre-molded Velcro strap attachment system has no slots at the front or on the top. The end result? 7. Do you charge for Shipping ?
Some charge you a lot extra for shipping - some charge you "50%". Either way it is a hassle to determine your final price for a protector. Only The Screen Protector includes shipping in the price we list. One click to order and then no need to fumble around multiple pages trying to figure out what the thing is really going to cost you.

8. Do you offer a Warranty?
We are so confident of our Original and OriginalAG Protectors that we offer a Full One Year Warranty against cracking or breakage from the date of purchase. Please note that it does not cover scratches or abuse from improper use or care.
9. What is your Returns Policy ?
If in the first 45 days you are not completely satisfied with your screen protector, you can return it to us for a full refund (minus the original shipping costs). Please note that items showing any signs of wear or damage in any way cannot be accepted for return.
